Tuition Costs/University Fees
N/A Miami Graduate Students: Your Gradauate Assistantship Tuition Waiver will cover the instructional fee for this 3 credit hour course.

You are responsible for paying a $5 network fee and 1/2 the general fee (approx. $75 total)
Miami Faculty & Staff: Your employee tuition waiver will cover the instructional fee for this 3 credit hour course.

You are responsible for paying a $5 network fee and the general fee (approx. $140 total)

Terms and Conditions

Detail of Travel Expenses (see table above)

1) Land travel in Europe, including hotel*, meals, guides, interpreters, admissions, tips, and transportation May 16 to May 29 = TBD

2) Air travel = $825-$990 (estimated)

Arrange your own flight plans with the best fare you find on the Internet. please plan to arrive at the Munich, Germany airport by noon, May 17 in order to meet up with the group.

3) Tuition or Non-Credit Workshop Fees - Per the table above:

a) Current Miami graduate students, faculty and staff - fee waiver applies + university fees (see table above)

b) Non-credit / CEUs Workshop Fee (Amount TBD)

c) Non- Miami university participants for graduate credit - Miami University tuition applies. Click on the link provided in the table above to visit the Bursar website for tuition and fees

4) Student Accident and Sickness Insurance
This international medical coverage is offered through HTH Worldwide. Miami University requires coverage for participants in study-abroad tours as follows:

a) Participants under age 50:
Required.

b) Participants over age 50 taking the non-credit option:
Recommended but not required. If you elect not to purchase an HTH policy, you will be required to provide proof of individual coverage.

Rates for participants under age 50 are $10.50 per week ($22 for the 2-week trip). Rates for participants over age 50 are $42 per week. If you are planning additional travel before or after the tour, you are able to purchase additional coverage for that time.

Should unusual inflation, airfare charges or major changes in currency exchange rates affect travel costs, students may be asked to pay additional dollars or may receive a refund.

Terms and Conditions

This workshop includes:

• Continuous service of the workshop director through the period of study and travel, plus selected professional staff in Oxford and Europe.

• Eleven nights in Europe in tourist class hotels or hostels in twin bedded rooms, with two persons per room and private bath or shower.

• Buffet breakfast every day plus dinner 9 evenings in Europe. You will be responsible for dinner 3 evenings.

• Local taxes, tips, entrance fees and fees to consultants and interpreters.

This workshop does not include:

• Transportation, meals, or accommodations during scheduled free weekend (Saturday, May 23 morning until Sunday, May 24 evening). Participants can choose to stay in Vienna (at own expense for Saturday night) or travel independently; group will reconvene Sunday evening at hotel for dinner.

• Transportation to or from departure airport in the United States, passports, items of a personal nature including laundry, wine, liquor, mineral water, soft drinks, coffee, excess baggage charges, and meals not specifically stated in the daily itinerary.
