WMUB hosts "Miami Bicentennial Minutes"

Catch a moment in history by tuning into WMUB (88.5 FM) each Wednesday and Sunday when it airs a new series, "Miami Bicentennial Minutes," honoring Miami University's 200th anniversary.

Patterned after the "Ohio Bicentennial Minutes" series that aired in 2003, "Miami Bicentennial Minutes" focuses on significant events in Miami's history. The series airs at 8:08 a.m, 1:04 p.m., and 5:44 p.m. each Wednesday, and repeated at 9:04 a.m. and 5:04 p.m. Sundays.

The series is produced by Cleve Callison, general manager of WMUB and program director John Hingsbergen. Consultant for the series is Curt Ellison, professor of history and American Studies and editor of the forthcoming book, Miami University, 1809-2009: Bicentennial Perspectives.
